Ulrike’s treatment process was a journey that extended from the decision-making stage to her arrival in Turkey, from the first visit to the final smile design. Here is what Ulrike experienced throughout this process…
Stage 1: Decision-Making Process
After Ulrike reached out to us through Google, she quickly entered the decision-making stage by learning all the details of her treatment. The entire process, pricing and treatment steps were explained to her clearly and transparently. Without requiring any upfront payment, simply purchasing her flight tickets was enough to fully confirm her reservation. This way, Ulrike completed the first step of her journey to Turkey in a safe and seamless manner.
Stage 2: Arrival and Welcome Coordination
As soon as Ulrike landed in Turkey, she was greeted by our team at the airport exit with a personalized welcome sign bearing her name. Her 4-star hotel accommodation, clinic appointments and all city–airport transfers had been arranged in advance. After being taken directly to her hotel with our VIP vehicle, all preparations for her visit to the clinic the next day were already completed. At this stage, the only thing Ulrike needed to do was to come to our clinic so we could create her personalised treatment plan.
Stage 3: First Visit – Surgical Procedures and Temporary Prosthetics
During her first visit, a comprehensive pre-consultation was carried out; her entire jaw structure was examined in detail using 3D tomography and digital X-rays. This analysis allowed us to precisely determine whether sinus lifting was required, the exact amount of bone graft needed and the optimal angles for implant placement. After all surgical procedures were completed, the implants were carefully placed according to the pre-planned ideal positions. Afterwards, customised temporary prosthetics—designed entirely to match Ulrike’s own oral measurements—were produced, allowing her to use them comfortably from the very first day.
Stage 4: Second Visit – Final Smile Design
After approximately three months of healing, Ulrike returned for her second visit, where the aesthetic phase of her treatment began. With support from our doctors and the assistance of our translator, she selected the most suitable tooth colour and shape for her, reviewing real sample models together. During this stage, multiple digital measurements were taken to design zirconium crowns made exclusively for her. After several fitting sessions to ensure perfect precision, the final restorations were placed. Ulrike ultimately received a natural, aesthetic and long-lasting new smile.
